In recent years,with the rapid development of biotechnology,the experimental equipment has been improved.CO2 incubator has been the main equipment in the laboratory,it can maintain and promote cell growth and reproduction.With the development of technology,the precision of CO2 incubator is more and more high,and the operation becomes more and more convenient..At present,most of the high-precision products are imported from abroad,while the domestic CO2 incubator still exists a certain gap.In this dissertation,a high precision CO2 incubator is studied,and its mechanical structure is optimized by means of heat transfer theory and finite element analysis:(1)To study the working principle of CO2 incubator,establish the three-dimensional model of CO2 incubator,simulate the operation of the product based on FloEFD software.(2)The inner circulation system of the box is composed of air duct structure and centrifugal fan.The CREO software is used to establish the two kinds of air duct of the right angle structure and the fillet structure.FloEFD software was used to simulate the operation of centrifugal fan,and the difference of gas flow in two kinds of duct structures was analyzed.The gas flow curve is smooth and the velocity loss is less when the gas flow direction is changed.(3)Two methods of heat transfer and convection are studied in this dissertation.The heating power of the CO2 incubator and the high temperature sterilization were calculated by theoretical calculation.The heating part mainly comprises 5 heating surfaces of the box body,a heating surface of the door,an air duct and a fan.The distribution of internal temperature field is simulated by FloEFD software when the six sides of the box are heated.The change of temperature field in the box is obtained by changing the power distribution of six surfaces.The heating power ratio of each surface is optimized,which makes the temperature uniformity of the temperature field reach 0.5 DEG C at the temperature of 37 DEG C,and the fluctuation reaches toħ0.3.(4)Through the above calculation and analysis,this dissertation mainly studies the CO2 incubator has four functions.Firstly,the temperature inside the control box is controlled by the heating switch.Second,by adjusting the concentration of CO2 in the box to control pH.Third,through the natural evaporation way to provide a saturated humidity environment.Fourth,through high temperature and high humidity way.regular disinfection to reduce pollution,to protect the research results,to prevent the loss of samples.(5)According to the results of calculation and optimization analysis,the production of 1 prototypes.In this dissertation,the temperature,CO2 concentration,humidity and high temperature sterilization of four CO2 incubator were tested.The test data of each project are obtained by using multi channel temperature tester,CO2 tester and hygrometer.Through the analysis of test data,the accuracy of the design of CO2 incubator based on FloEFD is further verified.
