Birds are an important part of the natural ecosystem. It plays an important role in maintaining the ecological balance and promoting the sustainable development of the environment. Birds are closely related to people's lives, and the activities of birds have a great impact on the production life of human beings. Mastering the laws of birds activities creates useful values for human beings. To be specific,We study birds, not only to protect birds, but also to ensure that the birds and humans live in harmony, as well as preventing birds bringing in a variety of hazards. We should avoid the harmful effects of birds on the safety and personal property of human life. But so far, the collection and analysis of bird sentiment information is still very limited at home and abroad. It is a great necessity to develop this system. Bird sentiment information collection and analysis system based on the Internet pays attention to the static data and dynamic data of birds. Bird expert provides technical support. Birds lovers are the foundation of the masses. The system integrates birds information resources. It provides information support in terms of bird sentiment for the community.In this paper, the system looks towards the domestic and foreign literature search. The system uses internet technology to collect bird information and makes a preliminary statistical analysis of the information. The system provides a platform for bird lovers to appreciate, discuss and show.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1) The design and implementation of the information collection and analysis system based on the Internet has two parts.Front part:the part includes four modules which are knowledge base of birds, photographer experience, expert introduction,industry news. The specific functions of this part are as follows:user login registration function,members upload photos and comment function,bird experts examine the authenticity and accuracy of information function, bird knowledge base stores information and provides browsing function, displaying all bird expert information and providing browsing capabilities, industry news providing information function, bird activity map displaying function.Background part: the part includes five modules which are bird information, daily operation, member management, system settings, user help.The specific functions of this part are as follows: increase, delete, update, query, export the birds in appearance, species, habits, habitat and other aspects;increase, delete, update, query, export daily operation module to achieve the article, log; increase, delete, update, query, export member management to achieve ordinary users, expert users, administrators.(2) Innovative technology is introduced in the system. The NDolls database framework is invented by the author of the paper.It can enhance the security of connecting to the database and reduce the complexity of database connection.(3) All birds information is stored in a relational database. The administrator is granted permission to carry out the system. They can carry out the classification of birds, as well as the analysis of bird sentiment information. System exports the results of the query and statistics through the excel table.(4) The map technology is introduced in the system, and the bird information is displayed through the map. It fulfills electronic map query function.(5) The system implements a simple statistical analysis function. Statistical analysis can be carried out according to the types of birds, the emergence of seasons, the emergence of location. It provides scientific basis for the prevention of bird collision in the airport.In conclusion, this system is based on the B/S structure, the background using C/S structure. In the process of using, the system runs stably. Bird lovers and other users can register a member through the system. After successful registration, members can choose the outstanding photographic works of the birds to upload. If these works are passed by experts, visitors who browse the site can see them. Members of the system can comment, write articles, collect information and so on. The success of the system will contribute to collect a large number of real bird information, providing valuable scientific data for the study of the bird.
