In recent years, along with the comprehensive spread and rapid development of computer technology, electronic technology, space information technology, especially geographic information system technology, study on Land and Resources management information system at home and abroad have entered the new stage of digital networked intelligence.Research and development network-oriented integration of land and resources management information system has become the current focus of concern at home and abroad. At present, the system construction in huge amounts of data integration management, multi-user concurrent, huge amounts of data sharing still exist many problems, to some extent in limiting the development of land and resources information management system. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and needs of the business registration of Guizhou low hills gentle slope land renovation project, and the existing problems of the system construction, and combining Arc GIS E ngine component technology, Arc SDE spatial data Engine technology, and using the large relational database Oracle 11 g, ADO.NET integrated development environment and C# programming language technology, this thesis has designed and developed on-line supervision system based on Arc GIS low mound of gentle slope land reclamation project. The main research content of the thesis is depicted as follows:Firstly, Combined with the characteristics and needs of the business registration of low hills gentle slope land renovation project this thesis has introduced workflow technology in the system, studied the technique of GIS component, designed the overall architecture, functional modules and process of the system.Secondly, the detailed design of the system is completed which based on system requirements analysis, and the land registration database model is established. Using Arc SDE spatial data engine, this thesis has realized the association of the spatial data and attribute data,and completed the storage and management of spatial data in Oracle relational database.Thirdly, based on the overall structure of the system, the low hills gentle slope registration information system is developed by using Arc GIS engine, Arc SDE, Oracle 11 g, ADO.NET and so on.
