Suitability Evaluation Of Constructive Land About Gentle Hills Based On GIS

At present, the prominent contradiction is fasten on the human and the land.The key to solve this problem is to use land for constructive land rationally and the concept of Gentle Hills can help solve this problem.Research on the stage of the development evaluation of constructive land is still in its infancy, but now it is vigorously pursue new urbanization development,people’s demand for constructive land and land scarcity in itself is a contradiction.The Gentle Hills project is implemented soon and there are less researches on Gentle Hills construction land suitability evaluation. There is no unified conclusion for the construction of evaluation system.It is not conducive to the scientific and to guide the planning and constructing the new urbanization pattern reasonable, it is not conducive to the protection of land resources in China too.The paper is based on the existing theory and the related research results and suitability evaluation about Gentle Hills construction land are studied and discussed.First of all, the concept of the development evaluation of constructive land of Gentle Hills was analyzed.By digging the theoretical basis of suitability evaluation, area of natural resources and social economic situation are studyed,and combined with regional characteristics,the regional area, natural conditions, economic conditions, and ecological protection and are fully analyzed.Then the evaluation factors are selected and the related literatures are referenced.We combined the construction principle of evaluation index system, building constructive land evaluation factors, choosing AHP to decide the weight of factors, assessing the potential for exploiting of constructive land. This paper selected yunxian county as the research area,we through data collection and on-the-spot investigation, in order to investigate the natural ecology and social economic conditions. After the analysis of natural ecological condition and social economic conditions, social economic factor and ecological factor to constructed the evaluation index system,determined the index weight.Employing GIS spatial analysis function, the land in the area was classified into four levels:best suitable for construction purpose, suitable for construction purpose, basic not suitable for construction purpose, and not suitable for construction purpose.The innovation of this study lies in the integration about the domestic existing evaluation index system of constructive land. As a reference,we analysed various aspects influence factors,build a feasible and practical evaluation index system for development and construction of Gentle Hills. This will help to dedicated to the improvement of the evaluation index system.At the same time,we combined with GIS technology,by adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to guide the development of Gentle Hills. This study was provided the basis for development and construction of Gentle Hills in Yunxian county, and also provided the references for the other counties.
