In China since the reform and opening up to the outside world,socialist market economy to be being deepened step by step,development of enterprises in the market competition mechanism has been,in such a situation,enterprises of our country more and more value the perfection of the internal management system,strengthen the internal management of enterprises is management at all levels of the parts of the most important things.Especially within the enterprise human resources,plays an important role in the development of enterprise,in grasping grasping management innovation of modern enterprise system,seize the key personnel to for the competitiveness of the enterprise culture building of core,and how to strengthen the construction of human resources,the most important point is to establish effective performance assessment system and the scientific and reasonable salary system in the enterprise.This is no exception for the bank,the bank than other enterprises need more to retain talent,Yongkang rural commercial bank is the most rapidly in the Bank of development of local banks,in performance evaluation and compensation design,Yongkang rural commercial bank employees also had some improvement,and the ability to keep up with the pace of the development of enterprise management.But there are still a few problems to be resolved.Problems existing in the salary incentive mechanism of Rural Commercial Bank of Yongkang as the research object,by questionnaire,Yongkang rural commercial bank employees' pay satisfaction investigation,and then use SPSS software to the survey result carries on the statistical analysis,combining with the present situation of the employee's salary satisfaction,the whole inductive compensation incentive mechanism,proposed Yongkang Rural Commercial Bank salary incentive mechanism optimization management recommendations,which is to promote Yongkang rural commercial bank strategic compensation management concept set,so as to establish the perfect and effective performance management system is of positive significance,but also provide a reference for the similar financial enterprises.At last,the conclusion is summarized.
