With the continuous deepening of financial openness and the continuous acceleration of financial innovation,state-owned commercial banks are facing more fierce competition for talents,and at the same time they have put forward higher requirements for their human resources management.Inevitably,salary management becomes an important part of talent competition and motivation.Whether the salary system is scientific or not is closely related to the core competitiveness of the company and its market competitiveness.Therefore,for China's state-owned commercial banks,scientific and reasonable salary management has become an important means to attract and retain outstanding talents.Z Bank DQ Branch was established in 1986.It is one of the large state-owned banks in DQ City.After the restructuring of state-owned enterprises,Z Bank DQ Branch still has many problems in employee compensation management,resulting in serious loss of outstanding employees.This paper takes the Z Bank DQ behavior research object,takes the compensation management related theory as a guide,combines the salary satisfaction four-dimensional model design questionnaire,and conducts a survey on the salary management status of the Z Bank DQ branch by way of employee satisfaction survey.To understand the real compensation management of Z Bank DQ branch.After statistical analysis of the questionnaires,the study found that there are six problems in the current salary management of the Z Bank DQ branch,including unreasonable salary structure,lack of incentives for compensation,imperfect remuneration system,imperfect performance appraisal,and compensation management system.The lack of strategic construction and the lack of flexibility in welfare design.Therefore,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the salary management of Z Bank DQ branch,including adjustment of salary structure,establishment of diversification incentive mechanism,improvement of salary management system,establishment of a scientific performance assessment system,and establishment of a salary management system closely linked to the development strategy of the enterprise.And to implement a flexible welfare system.Through the above research,we hope to benefit Z Bank DQ branch to improve the salary management level.
