It not only relates to the development of its own development, but also for other industries and the environment will have a negligible impact. Although the scholars both at home and abroad research have made certain achievements, no one has studied China’s forest green economy measure levels and trends at present. Therefore, the study of the evolution of the state of our forestry green economy measure and trend analysis has important theoretical and practical significance.Our study combines political science, ecology, management and economics and other disciplines theory and method to study. Now on the basis of combing green economic theory,economic literature forestry measure evaluation of the scholars both at home and abroad, to explore the importance and necessity of economic evaluation of forest green. By combing the green economy and evolution, the connotation and characteristics of the green economy, etc.analysis on China’s economic situation and the green forestry problems were analyzed. After analysis, the application of the theory of decoupling,to construct Forestry Pollution and Economic decoupling state analysis model.Then,the regional division of decoupling and decoupling state, the establishment of decoupling elasticity coefficient calculation formula to determine grade and development trend of forestry green economy on this basis. Based on the results at the end of the evaluation results and conclusions of the evaluation, put forward constructive suggestions and countermeasures for the realization of China’s forestry green economy and better development.
