Research On Measurement And Influence Effect Of China’s Green Economy Development

China’s economic strength has dramatically improved since the beginning of the reform and opening up.But the economic growth model characterized by "three highs and one low" has caused problems,such as tight resource constraints,serious environmental pollution and ecosystem degradation,which has seriously challenged the sustainable development of the economy.The 19 th CPC National Congress elevated the concept of green development to the height of national development strategy,and the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee proposed to continue to promote green development and comprehensively build a high-quality development path with green as a universal form,which means that green economy is a new path to break the constraints of China’s resources and environment and accelerate the transformation of economic development mode.Therefore,under the new development concept,it is an essential academic topic to explore how to realize the development of green economy.Based on defining the connotation of green economy development,this paper takes the measurement of green economy development as the premise,focuses on the evaluation of green economy development,rests on the influence effect of green economy development,and launches the measurement and influence effect research on China’s green economy development.Firstly,clarify the connotation of green economy development from the two aspects of development economics and welfare economics.Then,with the measurement and evaluation of green economic development as the content,the method design and quantitative research are carried out,and the influence of the economy,society and environment is comprehensively considered,so as to improve the measurement method of green economic development from two dimensions of level and efficiency.Secondly,comprehensively evaluate green economy development’s spatial and temporal characteristics based on the dual perspectives of dynamic evolution and spatial differentiation.Furthermore,taking the green development strategy as the background,through the joint use of various econometric models,this paper empirically studies the influence effect of green economic development from the multi-level and multi-perspective of "economic structure-environmental regulation-digital technology".Combined with the measure and empirical study of the above parts,the research found that:(1)China’s green economy development tends to improve for a long time,especially after2015,the growth trend is significant,in which green growth and green technological progress are the core dimensions of green economy development.(2)China’s green economy development is characterized by decreasing regional imbalance in the east,the middle and the west.The regional differences are the primary spatial sources of the regional differences,and the influence on the overall differences is gradually deepening.In addition,the development of green economy presents a cobweb spatial correlation structure of mutual communication and interweaving,and high-level provinces can form a spatial agglomeration mode by driving the development of their neighboring areas.(3)Industrial structure and human capital are important structural factors for developing green economy.The upgrading of industrial structure has a spillover effect on green economy development,and it can promote green economy development in local and neighboring areas,but the promotion effect on adjacent areas is greater than that in local areas.However,human capital has a significant nonlinear mechanism for the green economy development,and advanced human capital has a vital role in promoting green economy.(4)The green economic effects of environmental regulations show obvious heterogeneity.There is a U-shaped relationship between mandatory environmental regulation and green economy development.Market-based environmental regulation promotes the green economy development through technological innovation,transportation network structure and energy structure.(5)Digital technology has a significant positive impact on the green economy development.Digital finance plays a strong role in promoting areas with low green economy development;However,the digital economy has a significant threshold effect in promoting green economy development.Finally,based on the above research conclusions,this paper comprehensively gives relevant suggestions on the development and promotion of green economy from aspects of green and high-quality coordinated development,optimizing economic structure,improving environmental regulations and making full use of the advantages of digital technology.Compared with existing research,this paper has four main contributions: first,the measurement and evaluation research of green economy development is carried out from perspectives of level and efficiency,space and structure,internal and external factors.Second,based on the strategic background of green development,driven by practical problems,the connotation of green economy development in the new era is extracted from the perspective of development economics and welfare economics,and the analysis framework of measurement and influence effect of green economy development is constructed from the aspects of measurement logic,factor evaluation and influence effect.Third,On the one hand,the principal component-entropy weight method based on the secondary weighting of green economy development level is proposed,improved super-efficiency SBM-GML model based on unexpected output;On the other hand,taking full account of the spatial differentiation characteristics of green economy development,the measurement method of the structural sources of regional differences is given,and the evaluation method of the causes of regional differences based on geographical detectors is put forward.At the same time,the modified gravity model and social network analysis method are used to explore its spatial correlation.Fourth,based on structural transformation,environmental regulation and digital technology,this paper analyzes the influence effect of green economy development through the combined use of various econometric models,and the conclusions provide research support for the implementation of green economy development promotion strategy.
