Research Of The Forestry Ecosystem Construction Of Wanbei Plains Based On Green Harmonious Theory

In the process of building a harmonious society in China, the ecologicalcivilization construction is always top priority, the concept of green ecologicaland harmonious development has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.Forestry, due to its special status in the ecological construction，become animportant link in Anhui province.Compared with WanXiand WanNanmountainous area,WanBei plainshas fragile ecological environment,due toreasons such as agricultural reclamation sand erosion. The forestry developmentofWanBei plains become a key link in the process of strategy of ecologicalconstruction in Anhui province. And in promoting ecological civilizationconstruction at present, the plain forestry has move forward from the greeningconstruction to the ecological security system,output system,and supportsystem construction of civilization in the direction of development.In the macro background of building a harmonious society and promotingecological civilizationconstruction,and to carry out the implementation of thestrategy of Anhui province, this paper studies the problems of the charactersofWanbei plain forestry ecosystem construction,with the guide of the greenharmonious multiculturalism. This article first elaborated the green harmonytheory of green ecological thoughts and harmonious thought of the system, andmade an introduction of plain forestry, including its concept,particularity andfunction, as well as the forestry ecosystem. Then it summed upstatisticaldataand present situation of forestry development of Wanbei plains in Anhuiprovince, based on the national plain forestry survey which was organized bythe state forestry administration organization in2007.This paper studied on thebasis of many methods, such as literature induction, theoretical research,investigation and comparative analysis, as a result it summed up the charactersof plain forestry ecosystem construction situation, teased out the main problems,including Wanbei plains farmland shelterbelt construction question, the YellowRiver road sand, forestry industrial structure adjustment problems etc.Finally,three aspectsof countermeasures were proposed toWanbei plain forestryecosystem construction, such asthe construction of forestry ecological system,forestry industry system and forestry cultural system.In this paper, the results can provide reference for other plain forestry research, while it also can be thefactor of government forestry policy measuresto promote the implementation ofthe strategy of ecological province in Anhui province.
