Study On The Time And Space Differences Of Green Economy Development Level Measurement In Gansu Province

With the increasingly severe resource and environmental problems in the world,the green economy has gradually begun to become the first choice for countries to transform the traditional economic development mode,and has been deeply practiced and promoted on a global scale.China is also constantly strengthening the reform of the ecological civilization system and promoting the green transformation of the economy.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to improve the quality and efficiency of the country's economic development on the basis of thoroughly implementing the five development concepts.This also pointed out the development direction for Gansu Province in the new era.As an important ecological barrier of the country,Gansu Province has deeply learned the lessons of the ecological environment of Qilian Mountain,implemented the principle of coordinated development of regional economy and ecology,and promoted the in-depth development of green economy in various regions to improve the quality of economic development.Based on this,the article measures the development of green economy in all levels of cities and counties in Gansu Province,analyzes the spatial and temporal differences in the development of green economy in various regions,and effectively promotes economic quality improvement,efficiency changeand power conversion in Gansu Province,and accelerates economic and social development.The sustainable development and the construction of a new era of beautiful Gansu are of great significance.The research structure of the article is as follows:First of all,the article studies the current development status and existing problems of the green economy in Gansu Province by combing the research of scholars at home and abroad,based on the relevant concepts,theoretical basis and guidance documents of the green economy,and constructs a measure for the development of green economy horizontal indicator system.Secondly,the article uses entropy method to measure the development level of green economy in various regions of Gansu Province from 2011 to 2016,and conducts in-depth analysis of the level of green economy development in each region at the time and space level.The research finds:(1)The development of green economy in Gansu Province generally shows the differential development of the three regions,specifically for the development of high-level areas concentrated in the Hexi Corridor area,the middle level areas concentrated in the central part of Gansu,and the low-level areas concentrated in the southeastern part of Guizhou;(2)In terms of time evolution,although the level of green economy development in various regions of GansuProvince has fluctuated every year,overall,it shows a steady trend of development in successive years;(3)In the spatial pattern,in various regions of Gansu Province The green economy is accelerating and deepening,and the degree of differentiation between regions is gradually decreasing.Finally,based on the conclusions of the previous research,the article puts forward development suggestions in a targeted manner,pointing out that in general,all regions should make efforts in cultivating economic growth engines,building platform economy,improving infrastructure,and developing energy conservation and environmental protection industries.A balanced development level points out that it is necessary to formulate development ideas according to local conditions and constantly explore new paths suitable for regional construction.
