Research On The Evolution Of 5G Mobile Communication Technology In China Based On Complex System

With the development of the Internet and mobile communication technology,people's daily lives have changed.The war of taking a taxi at the beginning of 2014 and the war of takeout during 2015 and the war of giving electronic red envelope during spring festival in 2016 are all backed by the mobile communication technology.According to the report of mobile communication development from Ministry of Industry and Information Technology(MIIT)in 2015,China mobile phone users has been breached 1.3 billion by the end of 2015 and 4G mobile phone users has reached 380 million.The success of productization and commercialization of 4th generation(4G)mobile communication in China bring about the rapid expansion of mobile Internet scenes such as augment reality technology(AR),visual reality technology(VR),Internet of Vehicles,mobile cloud-based services and wisdom medical.Meanwhile,Mobile Internet Devices,mobile users and mobile data has increased dramatically.Under this background,the 5th generation(5G)mobile communication technology is approaching and the development of 5G mobile communication technology will largely determines the behavior of China mobile communications industry and enterprises in the world competition.The research of this paper can not only provide direction for the development of 5G mobile communication technology in China,but also help to achieve the productization and commercialization of 5G mobile communication technology and to formulate related policies in some extent.This will help to implement technological activities more effectively and enhance the effect of technology events so that to adapt to the future market.Based on complex systems theory and technological evolution theory,this paper do the research by combining qualitative analysis methods with quantitative analysis methods.Focused on the evolution of China 5G mobile communications technology,the impact of the technical evolution's main elements to the technology evolution path and the result in technical path fitness are studied.This paper has done the following researches: 1,In the mobile communication technology evolution,the main elements(technical opportunity elements,cost and benefit elements,knowledge accumulation elements,strategic framework elements),and the principium of the impact from those elements to technology evolution path has been analyzed.2,With the establishment of NK model in 5G mobile communication technology,this paper simulated the fitness landscape of the mobile communication technology evolution and analyzed the improvement mechanism of the fitness landscape.3,Aiming at the 5G mobile communication technology in china,this paper use the simulation results to analyze its technical evolution path mechanism,and proposed a forward suggestions and countermeasures from market,business,technology and government perspective.
