Research On Echo Model Of Enterprise Technology Innovation Capability System Evolution

Faced with open innovation and global competition environment,only to enhance the technological innovation capability,enterprises can occupy a favorable competitive position in the global value chain.This paper is based on the National Natural Science Fund project of the tutor "research on the evolution mechanism of enterprise technology innovation ability system in dynamic complex environment",and mainly studied the composition,operation and evolution mechanism of enterprise technology innovation system from the perspective of complex adaptive system,constructed the echo model of technological innovation capability system,which aims at giving enterprises a certain direction to enhance the technological innovation ability.First of all,this paper takes the complex adaptation system(CAS)theory as the angle of view,combined with the concept of open innovation and technological innovation network,regarded the enterprise technology innovation capability system as a complex adaptive system,clarified the adaptive agents of the system,built the enterprise technology innovation capability system based on the technological innovation process and routine among the main body and the subject,analyzed the operating mechanism of the system,and put forward the basic motive of system evolution.Then,on the basis of the basic model of adaptive subject,the three-layer echo model of enterprise technological innovation capability system evolution is constructed by introducing the interaction mechanism between the main body and the matching ability,matching speed and matching time.Finally,based on the SWARM platform and the multi-agent system modeling method,the interaction between the elements of the echo model is simulated.The research shows that the improvement of enterprise technological innovation ability is a dynamic evolution process.The agent of the system,under the action of technological innovation process and practice,continues to "learn" and "accumulate experience" and,as time evolves,purposefully change their behavior and structure,in order to achieve the purpose of adapting to the surrounding environment.At the same time,only by integrating the external absorbed resources and internal resources through the interaction,can the agent improve their technological innovation capability in dynamic and complex environment,and promote the evolution of the entire system.
