The first line managers are the mainstays of companies,as a connecting link between the preceding and the following,they play a very important role in companies.Therefore,how to use the performance management system to increase the performance levels of the first line managers constantly is important to enhance the total performance of a company.In this case study,we studied the performance management system optimization of the first line managers from Xinjiang Baoxin Hengyuan Logistics Co.,Ltd.;by using the combining method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,we studied the current performance status and improvement plans of the first line managers;based on the corresponding theory of performance management and according to the practical situation of the company,we gave several suggestions and strategies,then we hoped the results should provide information for other similar companies.This Dissertation contained seven sections.Based on the causal and logical relations and the previous research results,through the study on the current performance status of Xinjiang Baoxin Hengyuan Logistics Co.,Ltd.,we found and analyzed the sticking point of the question of performance,provided the performance optimization plan and implemented the plan,and at last we gained the plan optimizing the performance of the grass-roots.The detailed research contents as following:The first chapter presented the research background,significance,main content,situation and route of this subject.The second chapter was the overview of according theory.Firstly,we expounded the content of performance management,differentiated performance appraisal and performance management,and described some usual methods of performance appraisal.Secondly,the importance,performance characteristics of the first line managers and the necessity of performance management for the first line managers were analyzed.Lastly,the basic content of the performance management system was comprehensively described,which could provide theoretical evidence for the performance management system of the first line managers.The third chapter represented the current status of the performance management of Xinjiang Baoxin Hengyuan Logistics Co.,Ltd.,including the general information and stuffing of the company.The fourth chapter analyzed the performance management system of Xinjiang Baoxin Hengyuan Logistics Co.,Ltd.,found the existing questions and analyzed the reason.The fifth chapter showed the optimization of performance management system based on PDCA cycle.Through the four stages including plan making,performing,checking and result processing,we re-set up and feed back the performance appraisal system of the first line managers of Xinjiang Baoxin Hengyuan Logistics Co.,Ltd.The sixth chapter was the insurance measures.The organizational guarantee,system guarantee and technical guarantee supported the the establishment and implementation of performance management system of Xinjiang Baoxin Hengyuan Logistics Co.,Ltd.The seventh chapter was the conclusion.This was the conclusion and expectation of this study.According to the limitation,this study can show the improving direction in future.
