With the deepening of enterprise reform, strengthening the internal management and improving the performance of enterprises have become the key to enhance the vitality of enterprises and enhance their competitiveness. However, from the current situation of domestic enterprise management, the problem is relatively prominent in enterprise performance appraisal and quantifying the assessment standards. These problems seriously affecting the construction of enterprise performance appraisal system.The research of this paper is aiming at such research background, taking Shanxi Xin Fu Yuan Company as the concrete object of study, has carried on the research to this company performance management system. In the process of the research, the author firstly defines the concept of performance and performance management, and defines the scope of this paper for the research. Based on the research of performance appraisal methods, this paper studies the present situation of Xinfuyuan's performance management. The questionnaire survey was used to investigate the satisfaction of employees and the implementation of the performance management system. Through the above analysis, it can be seen that the company has many problems at present,such as the company's performance appraisal system is not integrated, the performance appraisal system does not guarantee the achievement of enterprise's strategic objectives, and the lack of feedback on performance appraisal results, etc. In view of these problem, this paper constructs a detailed performance management index system from the aspects of finance, customer, internal process and learning and growth, and studies the implementation and application of this index system by using Balanced Scorecard theory. At last, the paper studies the implementation measures of the company's performance management system optimization plan, and proposes that we should construct the performance management oriented enterprise culture,strengthen the system construction of the performance management system, utilize the performance communication method flexibly and construct the perfect performance management Optimization mechanism and other safeguards.Through the research, this paper not only takes a comprehensive understanding of the Xin Fuyuan company's performance management problems, but also proposes to optimize the performance management of the company's specific indicators system and program. It plays a refercent role for evaluating the company's employeeperformance quantitatively and establishing incentive plan reasonably.
