This paper first analyzed the current situation and problems of the management of technology innovation in our country briefly, and introduced the important significance technological innovation management of enterprise. Then, this paper introduced the research status of the innovation management and technological innovation management, as well as the successful experiences of the foreign countries, such as the United States and Europe.Based on this, this paper made the case analysis in technological innovation management of JY Bamboo Wood Industry Co., Ltd. JY Bamboo Wood Industry Co., Ltd is an international joint venture, which focuses on the multi-layer solid wood composite flooring, bamboo flooring and bamboo composite flooring and other traditional professional flooring.
