Research On Technology Innovation Management Of CNTT Company

Technological innovation is the driving force for the survival and development of enterprises in the era of knowledge economy.With the speed of technological innovation and the speed of technological diffusion,the evolution of competition among enterprises has become the competition for innovation ability with the core of technological innovation capability.This paper uses enterprise technology innovation management theory and analysis tools to analyze the status quo of CNTT's technology innovation management,trying to combine the characteristics of technological innovation management process,and grasp the key two: the main body of technological innovation and the resource for technological innovation;it should provide feasible ideas for enterprises to improve their technological innovation capabilities,consolidate the achievements of technological innovation,and ultimately increase their core competitiveness.First of all,this paper expounds the background significance of the topic,research status at home and abroad,research contents and methods,and strategy related theories.The paper reviewed the related theories of technological innovation management,clarified the connotation of technological innovation,management innovation,and technological innovation management,introduced five types of dynamic models of technological innovation,and summarized the factors that influenced the success of technological innovation.On this basis,this paper constructs a theoretical system of technological innovation management,and introduces the commonly used methods of technological innovation management.Secondly,based on the theory of technological innovation management,the key point is the technological innovation process management theory and the technological innovation factor management theory as the basis for analysis of the company's innovation resource management status and innovative talent management status.It points out that enterprises have the problems of poor compatibility of innovation resources,lack of innovative ability of personnel,weak awareness of innovation,unclear organization of innovation,lack of innovation culture,and analyze problems.Thirdly,based on this theory and ideas,we will sort out the current system of the enterprise,analyze the factors that affect technological innovation management,and grasp the multiple focus points for promoting the promotion of technological innovation management.At last,in order to ensure the smooth progress of the improvement measures,combined with the situation of the enterprises themselves,it is proposed that the improvement should be guaranteed from the aspects of internal and external resources available to human resources and technological innovation,the characteristics of the technological innovation process of enterprises,the utilization of information technology,etc.The smooth progress of the measures.This paper,based on the theory,provides a reference to improve the core competitiveness of technology transfer joint ventures through technological innovation management as soon as possible through the in-depth analysis of enterprises and the targeted solutions.
