The Research On Technical Innovation Management Of FU Company

The project "Comprehensive Utilization of Low Temperature Coal Tar with12×104t/a " has been established in FU Co., Ltd.. It’s the China’s first integrated co-production industrial demonstration project of producing fuel oil with coal tar combined lower temperature pyrolysis, which will promote the development of the new technology of coal chemical engineering in China.This paper as the FU company for research object, the purpose is to research the FU company’s technical innovation management. The full text is divided into six chapters. Chapter1, Introduces the background and significance of the research topics and research purposes and research contents, research ideas and methods, the main framework of the paper; Chapter2, Introduces the definitions, characteristics and evaluation of the concept of management of technological innovation system, the role of the process, as well as technical innovation capability of the method comparison, provides a solid theoretical foundation for the rest of this study; Chapter3, First introduced the FU company’s basic situation, organizational structure, and then from the characteristics of technological innovation, production and technical solutions, the advantages of technological innovation, the market forecast of the FU, the company’s products on the background of the FU management of technological innovation are introduced, and finally, from the technological innovation strategy technological innovation model, the status quo of the process of technological innovation on the FU company’s management of technological innovation introduced, designed to have a comprehensive understanding of the situation on the FU company’s management of technological innovation; Chapter4, Research on method of evaluation of the ability of technological innovation on the basis of, for the FU technical innovation management features, the choice of benchmark positioning methods to evaluate the FU’s technological innovation capability, and the evaluation results were summarized and analyzed; Chapter5, Based on evaluation results, recommendations to improve the FU technical innovation management, to further promote the sustained development of the management level of enterprises’technological innovation; Chapter6, First introduced the main conclusions of this paper then describes the contribution of this article, including features and innovation of this study, and concludes with the outlook of this article provides a direction for the follow-up study of this paper.In this paper, the method of Benchmarking was introduced into the practice of FU’s technology innovation management. According to the evaluation results, some measures were proposed to further improve and perfect the technical innovation of management. It provideed evidence for improving the management of technological innovation for FU Co., Ltd.. At the same time, some suggestions had been adopted and was implementing as planned by the company.
