HJS Company Technology Innovation Management Research

In the new era of rapid development of information technology, innovation has penetrated into small to large businesses to put aspects of national strategies, many enterprises in China due to lack of innovation is facing bankruptcy, but it also increasingly requires us to adjust industrial structure, transform the enterprise innovation strategy and finish the transition from "made in China" to "created by China". Companies need technological innovation and industrial restructuring to enhance their core competitiveness. How to manage technological innovation of enterprises has also become a very important aspect in our business development process and sustainable development.The author of this paper has been working in HJS company for many years with the jobs involving research and development, sales, human resources, training, etc. With the experience of the company's rapid development manager for the company, the author has a clear understanding of the entire company's high technology and high capital investment in the communications industry, terminal operations and the strategies, methods and problems in the management of technological innovation of the relevant companies.This paper through researching the history of HJS's innovation and development, and interviewing the senior staff to understand the status of enterprise innovation and collect related problems, finds the problems and analyze them together with the technology innovation management system support, to identify the root of the problems, against which the corresponding solutions are presented. Meanwhile, this paper puts forward the directions improvement from five aspects focus on the tragedies of enhancing the technical innovation management of HJS. The feature of this paper is in the past few scholars have made special research on the management system of technological innovation.This paper studied and analyzed deeply through the relationship between various factors of the innovation system and established the model of promoting the development of enterprises with the support of the technological management system. This model proves the mutual interaction, impact, promotion and emotion of technological innovation and management innovation. With the help of this model, it analyzes the problems of enterprise innovation, and the reasons for the formation of the problem. Through the establishment of a scientific and complete innovation management system to promote forward the technological innovation. At the same time, through the technological innovation it brings profits corporate, market share and efficiency improvement and so on achievement to improve the implementation of management innovation and promote the innovation of the idea, method and way of thinking of the management.
