Research On Improvement Of Technical Innovation Management Ability Of LS Group

As a discrete high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise,LS Group insists on taking technological innovation ability as the core competence of enterprise development.With the intensification of industry competition,the promoting effect of enterprise technological innovation on business performance has decreased significantly.Therefore,it is necessary to enhance the technological innovation management ability to promote the improvement of technological innovation ability,so as to realize industrial transformation and upgrading and high-quality development.In this paper,the relevant concepts,theories and research results of technological innovation capability are studied,providing a reference for the research of LS Group’s technological innovation management capability.Then,based on the relevant theories and research of technological innovation management,the influential factors of LS Group’s technological innovation management capability are comprehensively sorted out and analyzed.Based on the actual situation of the enterprise,six management dimensions of technology innovation strategy management,system management,input management,human resource management,platform management and project management of LS Group are constructed.By subdividing the key elements of each dimension,24 key indicators representing the development of technology innovation management of LS Group are obtained.A technology innovation management evaluation system with six management dimensions as the first-level index and 24 key elements as the second-level index is constructed.Through the questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process,this paper comprehensively analyzes and sort out the problems existing in LS Group’s technology innovation management,such as the weak leading role of innovation strategy,imperfect management system,inadequate capital investment,low efficiency of human resources management,the role of platform resources not played,and unsatisfactory project management effect.Finally,the paper puts forward the optimization plan and safeguard measures for the improvement of LS Group’s technological innovation management ability,so as to promote the improvement of LS Group’s technological innovation management ability,enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise,promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and create greater economic benefits for the enterprise.
