The development of the society to promote the emergence of a large number of new enterprises,The rapid development of new enterprises drives the growth of the national economy,increase the government revenue,and accents the surplus labor force of the market,which is conducive to social harmony and stability,so the new ventures get high attention.However,the development of new enterprises is influenced by two factors.One is the current downturn in the economic environment,the other is the enterprise's own loopholes in management making the enterprise development become difficult.One of the most serious issues is the loss of key employees.Therefore,the key to improve the competitiveness of enterprises is how to help enterprises to find new effective ways to solve it.This essay investigates the loss of the core staff in the new ventures of Anqing and its influence on the development of the new ventures including the occupacy of key positions,the leakage of business secret,the increase of enterprise cost,the staff loss their confidence and the damage to the corporate image and other negative effects.Through questionnaires and face-to-face interviews,this essay analysises reason deaply why new ventures loss their staff,including hygiene factor such as prospects for development,salaries and benefits,office environment,corporate culture,and motivator factor such as knowledge training,promotion channels,distribution of power,interpersonal communication and other factors.On the basis of relevant literature,combined with the theory of demand,the two factor theory and other incentive theory,it improves basic ideas of new ventures preventing the loss of the core staff in the perspective of motivation,establishes control measures of the turnover control for the core staff,Inspirit core staffs by meeting the needs of employees at different stages,eliminate dissatisfied factors and increase satisfaction factors so that the core staff can be stabled,protect the stability of core staffs.I hope this essay can play a guiding role in the control of the core staff of new ventures in Anqing.
