First-line Managers are the key staffs who are regarded as the successors of mid-level and high level managers. Therefore, First-line Managers take very important role in enterprises and their resignation may cause big loss to enterprises.Based on national and international human resource theories and modifications on Bluedorn Resignation Model, the article is aiming at research on the5main methods of incentive system, which is material incentive, spirit incentive, fairness of incentive system distribution, development plan and performance appraisal. Through categorizing and summarizing all kinds of incentive methods in the modern, designing related questionnaires to do data analysis, collecting the surveyed samples to verify the incentive system of enterprises’has significant and positive effects on First-line Managers’desire of resignation, by using Linear Regression Model.Based on the research result, spirit incentive has more impact on the resignation of first line managers than the other four incentive systems, which means that enterprises should set up a series of ways and measures in this regard to enhance first-line managers’confidence on the work, create good company culture and improve their sense of belonging to the company. Meanwhile, material incentive as a traditional method should be more creative in types, for example, using long-term incentive system to replace the one time and short-term ones. The fairness of incentive system should reflect on whether the company owes a comprehensive distribution system and the supervision and management during the operation. Staff development plan and performance appraisal have relatively lower impact on the desire of resignation of first-line managers. However, they also cannot be neglected or it will also cause loss of human resource to the enterprises. Finally, the article offers management suggestion on the incentive system for modern enterprises with the combination of multiple years of working experience in human resource function.
