For commercial banks,how to improve their own competitiveness by improving the performance management system and how to integrate financial factors and non-financial factors in performance management are crucial to the strategic development of commercial banks.The Balanced Scorecard overcomes the limitations of simply using financial indicators.Combining the long-term and short-term goals of commercial banks can encourage commercial banks to better implement their strategic goals and achieve their own continuous growth and rapid development.The paper starts with the actual situation of the performance evaluation of the counter business personnel of the XX Bank Jinan Branch,finds the internal problems existing in the performance assessment of the counter business personnel,and puts forward corresponding opinions and suggestions.The study pointed out that the main problem in the performance evaluation of XX Bank Jinan Branch counter staff lies in the low awareness and participation in the organizational process of performance appraisal,the lack of scientific and operational performance appraisal content and indicator design,and the classification of performance appraisal results.Satisfaction is not high,feedback on assessment results is not enough,and effective use of assessment results is insufficient.The main causes of the analysis are the lack of understanding of the importance of performance appraisal,the lack of scientific and normative job analysis,the controversy over the rationality of evaluation indicators and weight settings,and the unscientific application of evaluation results.In this paper,relying on the actual work of counter staff of the XX Bank Jinan Branch,using the theory of balanced scorecards,the contents and indicators of performance assessment were designed,and the feedback,application and feedback of the performance assessment organization,process and implementation,and performance assessment results were put forward.,At the same time,proposed countermeasures for the performance evaluation of counter employees at XX Bank Jinan Branch.
