Along with the reform of China's financial system,China's banking quick development,operation and management of the banking system has undergone tremendous changes,the development of the banking industry has made achievements canot be underestimated.But can not be ignored,with the domestic economic opening degree of expansion,the trend of international economic integration has become increasingly obvious,the banking industry is facing the pressure of competition is more and more big.At the same time,with the change of the customer's financial needs and the expansion of the choice of the space,the bank's financial service quality is also facing more challenges,improve the efficiency of banking services and service quality is particularly important.Counter staff as bank staff,its quality and performance has great influence on the bank's overall image and quality of work,how to improve the working efficiency of network staff,is still an important problem that commercial bank must pay close attention.Commercial banks in the establishment and improvement of the performance appraisal system for the counter staff,conducted a wide range of continuous exploration and try,in the continuous development,but also faces some problems to be solved.In this paper,the Construction of the ZheJiang Branch as the research object,starting from the perspective of performance appraisal at the bank counter,the counter selection of personnel performance appraisal problems as the research object,based on the bank counter staff performance appraisal related collection,field investigation and questionnaire survey,analyzes the main problems existing in the 5 aspects of the ZheJiang Branch of China Construction Bank the counter staff performance appraisal,performance assessment,performance appraisal to misinterpret process unreasonable,performance appraisal standard system is not reasonable,the performance appraisal information management can not meet the performance appraisal feedback mechanism is not perfect,and the cause of the problem in-depth analysis and thinking.Based on the theoretical framework of performance and performance evaluation,this paper puts forward the corresponding measures to improve the performance of the counter staff of ZheJiang Branch of China Construction Bank.
