Empirical Research About The Supervision Of Food Safety In Changde

“Hunger breeds discontentment,the safety of food is always first." Safety is the first prerequisite for food production,management and consumption.All the time,Changde always adhere to putting people first and exercising governance for the people,and actively promote the strengthening of food safety supervision strategy,perfecting the supervision mechanism,deepen the comprehensive management and special rectification of food safety.But there are still food safety problem such as swill-cooked dirty oil and poison dog case in these years,which become the focus of attention.So in this article,the author,based on the actual conditions in Changde,considers the improvement of food safety supervision by analyzing the present situation of food safety supervision,including the food industry development,the institution construction and the achievements in the daily supervision,mainly for the reasons of the difficulties in the supervision of law enforcement and punishment,lack of continuity,duplicate law enforcement and other issues,and by learning from the advanced experience of domestic and international food safety supervision.The author thinks that Changde should deepen reform of the food safety regulators,improve the system of regulation system,raise the level of regulatory enforcement and create a good social environment and puts forward some specific suggestions to perfect food safety supervision to try to explore and establish the effective food safety regulatory with local characteristics in Changde.
