After collecting and sorting out the data of management of rural homestead in Shenyang, it analyzes the present situation of management of rural homestead in Shenyang. This paper analyzes the status quo of the compensation of rural residential land in Shenyang City, the transfer of rural homestead in Shenyang and the exit of rural homestead in Shenyang. In view of the present situation, the author puts forward the existing problems in Shenyang rural homestead management and analyzes the reasons for the problems of rural homestead management in Shenyang. Finally, the success of Tianjin, Chongqing, Jiaxing, Zhejiang, Guangdong Province, to the domestic advanced four pilot areas fulfilled in-depth case studies, and experience the contrast between the four areas are summarized. On this basis, according to homestead land use in Shenyang, according to local conditions to develop the principle of Shenyang homestead management and from the homestead compensation, homestead flow pattern construction, homestead exit index utilization management and income distribution, increase or decrease the link system optimization four aspects.
