In the high-tech industry, the risk management process in the LC information starts early. More than ten years, the risk management of LC has shifted from a focus on diversification of risk controlling to attaching importance to internal control until the establishment of a comprehensive risk management system. However, considering the complexity of the high-tech industry competition, the variability of customer demand and the unceasing change of domestic and international social environment, the LC's risk challenge presents the dynamic change characteristics, increasing the difficulty of enterprise risk management.And the existing risk management system is difficult to adjust the structural contradiction of enterprise at present, so, the LC information should conduct a comprehensive risk management system reform, to resolve the enterprise existing internal and external risk.This paper takes a major IT company of our country - the Inspur Electronic Information Industry Co., Ltd as the example and studied its comprehensive risk management situation. Multiple study methods are used, such as interviews, questionnaires, standardized research methods and case analysis. And according to the Sarbanes-Oxley Laws and COSO ERM framework.,this paper carries on the analysis of the present risk management situation from the internal environment, goal setting, risk identification, risk assessment, risk response, control activities, information and communication and monitoring. We find that the company's comprehensive risk management system has some drawbacks in six aspects. Firstly, the company doesn't establish a special risk management department. So, it couldn't identify and monitor potential risks effectively; Secondly, the LC information neglected the cultivation of risk management culture; Thirdly, the enterprise did not realize the importance of cultivation of risk management talents. Enterprise management are flawed in the position, rank, cadre management, organization structure management and other aspects; Fourthly, the company is lack of professional risk assessment and reporting mechanism; Fifthly, The company is lack of targeted risk assessment system and professional risk assessment methods; Sixthly, the supervision role of auditing cannot effectively work.Aimed at the defects of current corporate risk management system, the article identifies the risk of company of each segment according to the process analysis method. Then according to the result of questionnaire survey, we find the ten current key risks the LC information are faced with. They are data leak risk, related transactions policy failure and report compliance risk, organization adjustment improper risk,authorization and trial violation,parts and finished goods in-out warehouse management risk, ready for the delivery risk, internal audit risk, procurement payment unreasonable risk, improper budget change analysis risk and risk of smooth internal communication mechanism. Then this paper analyses the reasons for the occurrence of each key risks one by one and puts forward the corresponding solutions.Finally the article puts forward concrete Suggestions from the internal environment protection, information exchange and communication, internal control and supervision.Such as cultivating talents, establishing an effective risk management organization system, perfecting the corporate governance structure, establishing a more effective internal supervision system, etc., We hope this paper can give LC information and other domestic enterprises some reference to improve the risk control ability and better participate in international competition, achieve the long-term sustainable development of the enterprise.
