In recent years,with the rapid development of IT service outsourcing business and the increasing number of IT service outsourcing enterprises,as the important part of IT service outsourcing,human outsourcing(dispatched workers)is more and more popular in all enterprises.More and more dispatched IT workers are doing developing and testing jobs onsite for customers,which help customers to improve work performance,decrease operating costs and the risk for worker using.The dispatched knowledgeable workers in IT service outsourcing business are the most typical knowledgeable workers who meet all features to research.According to the research data,the dispatched knowledgeable workers in IT service outsourcing business have lower sense of belonging,higher turnover,and lower stability,which have become a big challenge for HR and project management in IT service outsourcing enterprises and customers,and also become an obstacle to health development of IT service outsourcing business and enterprises.How to attract,keep,and motivate dispatched knowledgeable workers in this increasing fierce competition?The key point is to improve job satisfaction.The enterprises need do research on the motivation problem for these dispatched workers to come up with positive and effective motivation measures to meet the challenges.This paper concludes and summarizes related motivation theories and knowledgeable workers motivation researches,and analyzes the current status of motivation management for dispatched knowledgeable workers in IT service outsourcing business by questionnaires.The paper summarizes the existing problem and reasons of dispatched knowledgeable workers'motivation management from the different aspects of industry,enterprises and customer,and comes up with the following points to motivate dispatched workers effectively:(1)set up motivation system;(2)build workers-care center to realize emotion motivation;(3)pay much attention to leading workers to learn self-motivation and being positive in disadvantages;(4)push the customer company manages the dispatched workers motivation to improve the enthusiasm at work.This paper includes six parts,and the fourth and the fifth part are the main points of this research.
