It has not being a very long time that the growth of labor dispatch, but it increases very rapidly. The total quantity of the dispatched employee and the proportion of enterprises total staff are all on the rise. At present, in many enterprises, especially state-owned enterprises, there have been two obviously trends: First is the range of using dispatched employee are widing. Second, a knowledge-based labor group of employees to appear and stronger.This dissertation described the importance of motivation, introduced the classical motivation theory in simply words, formed the theory base in employee motivation. After the ontroducion wors on the essence and the character of labor dispatch, add the countermeasures how to motivate the employee with the theory of knowledge-employee. Then, it showed the satisfaction of employee to the mobile company in Shenzhen and found the effective way to promotion after the questionnaire investigation and research. After the work with motivation plan, the author followed the tracking and appraise, and it could teach other enterprises how to make it better.The purpose of this paper is to explore the emergence and development of knowledge-based dispatched labor group, to understand their incentive for enterprises in demand.
