The Study On The Relationship Between Multi-team Trust,Collaborative Behavior And Collaborative Innovation Performance In Internet Enterprises

Internet enterprises have leapt forward in recent years.Made up of different teams with different responsibilities but interdependent,the multi-team system is widely spread and applied.Its trust affects creative activities.Applicating MTS theory in the internet companies,understanding its operation and effectively managing its internal trust and collaborative behavior to promote innovation and improve the competitiveness of internet companies.Review about domestic and international literature on multi-team system,trust,collaborative behavior,collaborative innovation performance and relationship between them.What I' discover is the value to conduct a research about the mechanism of the relationship in the background of internet enterprises MTS.Therefore,this study tests the relationship among MTS trust,collaborative behavior and collaborative innovation performance,discusses the mediation role of collaborative behavior as well.We selected multi-teams that are cored with the products in the internet enterprises as research objects.This research will make clear the relationship between MTS trust and MTS collaborative innovation performance in forms of data collecting by questionnaire.Data analyzing with AMOS to check the two dimensions of MTS trust,three dimensions of MTS collaborative behavior and relationship among variables to provide theoretical basis for internet enterprises management.The main conclusions of this study are:(1)In the internet enterprises MTS,different dimensions of trust have different effects on different dimensions of collaborative behavior.Cognitive trust doesn't have significant positive effect on open communication behavior but coordinative behavior and support behavior.Emotional trust has significant positive effect on open communication behavior,coordinative behavior and support behavior.(2)In the internet enterprises MTS,collaborative behavior has significant positive effect on collaborative innovation performance.(3)In the internet enterprises MTS,trust has significant positive effect on collaborative innovation performance.(4)In the internet enterprises MTS,collaborative behavior plays a mediating role between trust and collaborative innovation performance.
