Facing the new situation where the speed of transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and the rapid development of the network economy,multi-team organizations are becoming the social innovation carrier to solve the problem of successful innovation and entrepreneurship under the increasingly competitive market environment,and also a new vision in the field of human resources management in recent years.And new directions.Multi-team organization is a combination of people from different departments or organizations with different backgrounds of professional knowledge.It is a category that spans the boundaries of traditional teams.Multi-team organizations are more like temporary organizations than traditional single teams,which makes them more flexible in dealing with complex and challenging tasks.Multi-team organization participation and mutual trust between individuals is becoming an important factor to improve the quality of innovation multi-team cooperation.A series of issues related to the establishment of innovative multi-team participation in inter-individual collaboration and mutual trust mechanism are receiving increasing attention.In recent years,the influence of entrepreneurial leadership behavior patterns and management styles on multi-team participation in inter-individual collaboration and mutual trust has become the focus of research,but the research on its impact mechanism has inconsistent arguments.This paper focuses on the basic question of how entrepreneurial multi-team leaders influence the mutual trust and mutual trust among participating individuals,and deeply studies the cross-level path of interaction and mutual trust among individuals,and the intermediary role and ability of leadership embedded authorization in this relationship.The role of the mutual trust atmosphere to analyze,sort out and analyze the main content of multi-team innovation participation in inter-individual collaboration and mutual trust,systematically and scientifically evaluate the degree of collaboration and mutual trust among multiple teams of innovation participation.Finally,the conclusions from the empirical research are applied to the entrepreneurial multi-teams in three different industries,and provide effective management countermeasures suggestions for the multi-team innovation participation in the inter-individual collaboration capability mutual trust effect(multi-team innovation participation individual performance).From a specific perspective,the paper analyzes the following questions in different levels:(1)How will the leadership behavior pattern and management style affect the participating individuals in multi-team innovation?(2)How does the differentiated behavior and management style of leadership influence the mutual trust and mutual trust between individuals through embedded authorization? Does the embedded authorization play a mediating role in the relationship between leadership style and mutual trust? And how to play an intermediary role?(3)The ability of mutual trust and mutuality is how to adjust the relationship between leadership empowerment and mutual trust between individuals.In order to expound the above content,the article uses the methods of empirical research and theoretical research reasonably to introduce the conceptual model and propose relevant hypotheses.At the same time,the multi-level analysis method is used to verify the model.The results of the study show that the leadership behavior style focusing on internal comparative advantage does not directly affect the mutual trust and mutual trust among the multi-team innovation.The leadership behavior style focusing on the external strategic value promotes mutual cooperation and mutual trust;the leadership empowers the differentiated leadership behavior.Mode and inter-individual cooperation and mutual trust play an intermediary role;ability and mutual trust atmosphere plays a cross-level adjustment role in leadership empowerment and inter-individual cooperation and mutual trust.Furthermore,based on the results of empirical research,some inspirations are given in terms of management.Finally,the decision-making method of ANP method is used to propose a decision-making method that can integrate and optimize multi-team participation and mutual trust among the individual,and give the network layer elements for evaluating the mutual trust between multiple teams.The research object exercises related evaluation programs and methods,test the feasibility of the previous research and give corresponding countermeasures and recommendations.
