Research On Evaluating Benefit Equilibrium Effect Of Collaborative Group In Collaborative Innovation Project

As a new mode of innovation activity,collaborative innovation can facilitate adjusting resource allocation of innovation effectively,and improving the efficiency of scientific research achievements conversion greatly.At present,there still exists resistance in the process of collaborative innovation partly,most of the collaborative innovation projects is not successful in China,failure cases are caused by the uneven distribution of benefit mostly.Collaborative groups reach a consensus on " benefit equilibrium ",but it is not accurate in fact,even deviate from the equilibrium point of benefit equilibrium.The literature about collaborative innovation benefit equilibrium is not perfect,especially it is not comprehensive enough for the influence factors of benefit equilibrium consideration,lack of interest measure and determine the specific details,and also standard.Therefore,developing a evaluation criteria suitable for collaborative innovation benefit equilibrium and its corresponding evaluation method has some certain theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of summarizing the related theory,this paper summarizes the present existing problems of collaborative innovation project and makes a further explanation for collaborative innovation benefit equilibrium,it aims to put forward a evaluating method of measuring collaborative innovation benefit equilibrium status.Firstly,It confirms the relevant content of collaborative innovation benefit equilibrium.Secondly,on the basis of consulting plentiful related literature which is gathered by method of logical framework at home and abroad,this paper consults relevant experts for selecting assessment criteria through questionnaire.After that,building a index system evaluating collaborative innovation benefit equilibrium form decision-maker level,management level and executive level.Finally,adopting the theory of multi-criteria decision making with incomplete information,and introducing the concept of triangular intuitionistic fuzzy number into TOPSIS method,establishing a new mathematical model base on improving the original methods to calculate weight coefficient reasonably.Establishing collaborative innovation evaluation system of benefit equilibrium,on the one hand,supports of realizing effective evaluation of collaborative innovation benefit equilibrium to provide basis for benefit adjustment program during cooperation.On the other hand,it is contribute to arranging the effecting factors,proposing the relevant suggestion for facilitating collaborative innovation benefit equilibrium.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows;1)collaborative innovation benefit equilibrium is a kind of ideal state.Collaborative groups' target is in accordance with the overall target of cooperation alliance,and the cooperation alliance is the most stable when collaborative innovation reaches benefit equilibrium status.2)Collaborative groups' benefit equilibrium is the symbol of collaborative innovation benefit equilibrium.The higher is the realizing degree of collaborative groups' interest claims,the more contributions it will make to the collaborative innovation overall benefit equilibrium.3)Collaborative groups' organizational structure ought to be considered in to collaborative groups' benefit equilibrium in collaborative innovation.Evaluation of benefit equilibrium should not be unilateral,collaborative groups' benefit equilibrium status can be reached when each interest requirement of decision-maker level,management level and executive level is well satisfied.Participants in different level have different interest requirement while in different stage of collaborative innovation.Collaborative groups can ensure the control of their own interests and common goals obviously by the help of evaluating its own benefit equilibrium status.Thus it can realize the benefit equilibrium of all collaborative groups effectively,make sure the proceeding of the project smoothly,improve the scientific research achievements conversion rate.
