In October 18,2017,Xi Jinping emphasized the importance of innovation in the nineteen big points of the party,and pointed out: "We will deepen the reform of the scientific and technological system,and establish a technological innovation system,which the enterprises as the main body,markets as the guide,and in-depth integration of production,learning and research.".The complementarity and coordination of enterprises,universities and scientific research institutes are the key to deepen the reform of Chinese science and technology system,and promote Chinese industrial transformation and upgrading.With the rapid development of Internet technology,collaborative innovation is characterized by democratization and decentralization."Internet+" collaborative innovation has promoted frequent cross organizational knowledge exchange and interaction,bringing new opportunities for the operation of collaborative innovation.As one of the main behaviors in the advanced stage of knowledge management,knowledge transformation is the basis of knowledge transfer and knowledge sharing in collaborative innovation.The existing research in the field of knowledge management mainly focuses on knowledge transfer and knowledge sharing,while the related research on knowledge transfer is still less,and lack of practical significance.This paper studies and analyzes the behavior of knowledge transformation across organizations,in order to provide guidance and suggestions for promoting collaborative innovation knowledge value-added in the context of Internet.First of all,this paper constructs an extended SECI model of cross organizational knowledge transformation,and based on the perspective of knowledge value-added,selects a series of related factors that affect the effect of knowledge value-added in cross organizational knowledge transformation from three aspects: internalization of external knowledge,externalization of internal knowledge and external environment.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the five key factors that affect the decision-making of knowledge transformation behavior across organizations:organizational structure,knowledge absorption capacity,organizational openness,knowledge transfer capacity,and organizational network embeddedness.According to the analysis,in the "Internet +" collaborative innovation,the knowledge increment in cross organizational knowledge transformation is mainly affected by the organization’s ownattributes and capabilities.At the same time,the collaborative body pays more attention to the knowledge value gains brought about by the internalization of external knowledge,and secondly,the value loss caused by the internalization of knowledge externalities,and the influence of external environment is relatively minimal.Secondly,based on the SECI expansion model of cross organizational knowledge transformation,this paper constructs the game model of cross organizational knowledge transformation evolution of production,learning and research,and analyzes the influence mechanism of the key factors and their relationship on the decision-making of cross organizational knowledge transformation behavior with the numerical simulation method.The results show that: the evolutionary game model based on SECI expansion model can be effectively used to study the influencing factors of knowledge value-added revenue and expenditure in different processes of knowledge transformation across organizations and the influencing mechanism of behavior decision-making;the degree of organizational flattening,organizational absorptive capacity,organizational transmission capacity,and unilateral penalty of network embeddedness are all positively related to the enthusiasm of knowledge transfer across organizations,while the degree of organizational openness is negatively related to the enthusiasm of knowledge transfer across organizations.Finally,according to the above research,this paper puts forward three suggestions to promote cross organizational knowledge transformation and improve knowledge efficiency in the "Internet +" Collaborative Innovation: Improving the efficiency of external knowledge receiving;Reducing the cost of internal knowledge outflow;Building a good collaborative innovation environment,and improving the industry commitment mechanism. |
