Performance management is the core of enterprise human resource management.Running an effective performance management system is a tool for any enterprise to perform performance management.Human resources is the main source of the core competitiveness of enterprises,so by improving the performance of employees,and thus improve the overall performance of enterprises,more and more attention by enterprises.Based on the theory of performance management,this paper analyzes the existing staff performance management system of Zhenbao Dao Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd,and sets up a new performance appraisal system.It comprehensively expounds the relevant theoretical knowledge of performance management and deeply discusses the performance management system in Zhenbao Dao And how to design employee performance management system,and use the system for performance management evaluation.The first part is the theoretical basis of performance management,focusing on performance management related to some of the domestic research,analysis of the current study of the existing problems.The second part mainly analyzes the existing staff performance system of Zhenbao Dao Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,and clarifies the problems existing in Zhenbao Dao Pharmaceutical Performance Management and designs the questionnaire according to the Key Performance Method(KPI).The third part is the introduction of Zhenbao Dao pharmaceutical system design of the overall idea,process design and performance information feedback channel.The fourth part focuses on the evaluation of Zhen Bao Dao Pharmaceutical Performance Management System,including the selection,confirmation and implementation of indicators.The fifthpart is mainly for the fourth part of the evaluation results of the index system,targeted to improve performance,from the company level,staff level and system level are described.Since the Treasure Dao Pharmaceutical staff performance management system running time is very short,the problems are not necessarily immediately see,I will continue to work in the future study,and the use of new knowledge and new theories to improve themselves Performance management capabilities,improve the design of the system.
