The Research On R&D Project Schedule Management For Commercial Air Conditioning Of Company C

With the rapid development of science and technology, product research and development has become the core element of the enterprise to obtain competitive advantage. In this background, the rapid rise of domestic brands makes the competition become increasingly fierce in the field of commercial air conditioning. The new product research & development is also put forward higher requirements. Because new product can get into the market soon, its unique advantages can be used to help the enterprises to occupy the favorable position in the market.The paper takes on company C which focuses on R&D of commercial air conditioning as an example, through the introduction of the basic situation of company C and product R&D process, combined with the basic knowledge of project management, in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the R&D project process of commercial air conditioning. Then, applied modern project management tools and technologies, put forward to apply a series of improvement measures, such as project schedule optimization based on critical chain technology, project communication improvement based on organizational structure adjustment and work efficiency promotion based on employee motivation, and combined with the actual case of C company to verify the effect by the way of data were compared. The results show that the proposed measures can effectively improve and protect the project schedule, strengthen project information communication and improve work efficiency, so as to accelerate the development of the project process, help enterprises to complete product research and development work as soon as possible. The research of this paper can provide some guidance and reference for the improvement of the project schedule management level of the air conditioning and other industries.
