With the rapid development of science and technology,people pay more and more attention to the weak current integration project.Company B is an engineering company,which take weak current integrated project as one of the main business.But in such a good context,B company is plagued by frequent delays in its own weak current integration project.Such delays would affect the company's economy and reputation.We know that there are many reasons for the delay in the project schedule.So it is urgent to find the cause of the project schedule problem of B company,and optimize the company's project schedule management mode through the appropriate method,hoping to avoid the recurrence of similar schedule problems.Then the fishbone diagram is used to analyze and summarize the feedback information.For the company's current problems.The author first lists the company's current project schedule.Found in the company's original schedule management model,the company to undertake weak current integration project delay rate is very high.In order to further understand the causes of the progress problems,this paper uses the focus group interview method to mine the problem.Collect feedback from project staff on progress issues through interviews with project progress issues.Found that the company's current schedule management problem is divided into four aspects: management framework,schedule planning issues,personnel management issues,and project schedule monitoring problem.After understanding the root of the problem,The author intends to use Critical chain technology to optimize the company's project schedule management model.First of all,critical chain technology can effectively reduce the excessive safety time during schedule planning and avoid the waste of time due to human factors.The second is to consider the constraints of project resources to avoid delays due to insufficient resources.The third is to set up buffers to deal with uncertainties in the project.At the same time,in the buffer settings,the author hopes to take into account the characteristics of each process and the position of the process in the critical chain,which can make the buffer more in line with the actual needs of the project.Fourth,according to the buffer use monitoring,to understand the implementation of the overall progress of the project,is conducive to the management of the project schedule.Therefore,the introduction of critical chain technology can make the project schedule more efficient and reasonable,and also make the project schedule easier to control.While introducing critical chain technology,the author also adjusts the management structure,monitoring process,personnel assessment and other management methods of the company.Strive to improve the company's weak current integrated project progress delay problem.Finally,the optimized project schedule management model is applied to the project D.Apply the critical chain technology to make reasonable preparation of the project schedule,and optimize the management method of the company's personnel and monitoring accordingly.Eventually,the D project was successfully completed within the scheduled time.It has gained high praise from users.From the result of the application,the optimized schedule management model can effectively improve the project schedule management of company B,and avoid the delay of the company's frequent progress in the weak current integration project.
