With Europe and the United States environmental protection standard is higher and higher, and the international division of labor is more and more bright refinement, technical and preparation production developed gradually transfer to developing countries, large international pesticide companies in China wholly owned or joint venture set up factories or set up r&d center, a trend that led to the advancement of pesticide companies in China, but also with weak competitiveness of the enterprises has caused much impact. Country "twelfth five-year" plan is also made clear China’s pesticide industry in the industrial upgrading, mergers and reorganization will speed up the footsteps, pesticide production will further to develop in the direction of large-scale, intensive, pesticide products towards the efficient, safe, economic and environmental friendly direction.For domestic pesticide enterprises, especially the top pesticide companies, if seize the opportunity, enterprise will have the opportunity to use national policy support to form a large pesticide enterprises groups, and even become internationally competitive pesticide enterprises. But in the process of pesticide enterprises rapid expansion, can not do without the effective support of human resources, employees and pesticide enterprises due to the nature of work between sewing worker and technicians, and has the characteristics of recruitment, high turnover, become the factors restricting the enterprises rapid expansion.Therefore, the effective recruiting employees become pesticides have been the focus of the enterprise human resources management, this article through the use of a line L pesticide enterprises staff recruitment issues research, to find effective solutions, and provide reference for similar enterprises in the related work.This paper by introducing the pesticide enterprises of this particular situation, illustrates the frontline staff in the particularity of its human resources management. Then using the method of questionnaire investigation, interview and other research methods, from the recruitment process, recruitment team, recruitment channels and screening mechanism to L pesticide enterprises frontline employee recruitment problems were analyzed, and the research L pesticide enterprises is how to recruit and hire a line, and explore the company recruitment problems, the problems of improvement on the recruitment problem discussion, helping the company develop a more effective and more perfect frontline staff recruitment solutions, make the company in the increasingly competitive in pesticide enterprises have their own advantages. Other pesticide enterprises industry or a similar development situation of the enterprise can get from the research, this paper analyses the inspiration and reference, so as to establish proper frontline staff recruitment and human resource management system.
