As one of the pillar industries of our country,the construction industry plays an important role in promoting economic development and promoting employment.Construction industry in 2014 accounted for 6.86% of GDP,the contribution rate of construction industry to China's economic development is very high.As a typical labor-intensive industries,plays an important role in line construction personnel in the construction industry in the production process,quality and progress of the project construction mainly depends on the operating level of construction workers and working enthusiasm.But the construction enterprise to the worker's effective stimulation,may raise the worker's labor enthusiasm.On the other hand,the current labor age population decreased,for the construction of the labor supply made a great influence in the construction industry,the demand for labor is still large amount of cases,the construction industry is facing a serious contradiction between supply and demand,the construction industry due to the risk of large work intensity and other special workers,the loss of more serious,effective according to the different characteristics of the incentive of construction workers,to a certain extent,can reduce the loss of workers.Based on motivation theory,taking Shanxi C construction company construction workers line as the research object,combined with the development status of Shanxi C construction company and the company incentive mechanism on the existing problems in the line of construction personnel,through investigating and analyzing the effect and status of incentive to the company construction workers line,believes that the current Shanxi C the first construction company construction personnel incentive is the main problem of mismatch compensation and responsibility,systematic training mechanism is missing,the first construction personnel promotion opportunities,and to inspire the spirit of the first construction personnel shortage.Then combined with the relevant theory of motivation,incentive mechanism and system for the Shanxi C construction company construction workers line proposed the improvement program,the first to establish a reasonable salary system,establish and perfect the function of the wage system,strengthen the welfare system construction,the establishment of an effective performance appraisal mechanism.Second,to strengthen the spirit of the first line of construction personnel,to strengthen the first line of staff emotional incentives,and create a harmonious corporate culture,to strengthen the work of the intrinsic motivation.Again is the design of fair and impartial promotion channels,the use of the mechanism should be fair and impartial,for the first line of different skills level of construction personnel to implement differentiated incentives.The last is to strengthen the scientific training system,pay attention to the training needs survey,set up training programs,to strengthen the training evaluation and feedback.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of incentive mechanism,the paper from the management system of the safeguard,strengthen leadership and grass-roots staff communication,human resource management planning,human resources crisis management puts forward the C construction company in Shanxi Province grass-roots staff incentive mechanism safeguard measures,in order to improve the company incentive problems existing in the process,at the same time,hope to other construction company has a certain reference significance.
