With the continuous development of the times, human resources have become the core strength of the enterprise development, which brings the competition between enterprises to the human resources level of the continuous transition. As an important means of human resource management, performance management can effectively enhance the work enthusiasm and performance level of enterprise employees, so as to bring the core competitiveness of enterprises. Enterprises in China started late in the performance management, the whole performance management level is on the low side, enterprise performance management of the short board to the core competitiveness of enterprises to build bring great negative effect, how to take effective measures to solve the problems existing in the performance management, which has become the topic which can not be avoided in the process of the development of many enterprises. For the China Post Group D branch, to achieve continuous improvement of the competitiveness, needs attaches great importance to the typical problems existing in the performance management, pay attention to learn from the experience of excellent enterprise performance management, building more in line with the actual situation of the group enterprise performance management system, so as to give full play to the performance management to guarantee the healthy development of the group enterprises and promoting the role.The postal teller's performance appraisal as the subject to study, to China Post Group D branch as a case study, combined with the main research achievements in performance evaluation, based on putting forward the problem, analyzing the problem, and to solve the problem of basic writing way of thinking, to improve the D branch of the actual situation of the teller's performance evaluation system as a main line, comprehensive by using the method of literature research, survey research, case studies and other methods for the company teller's performance assessment of the status quo and problems were fully discussed, around these problems, put forward the strategy of improving the performance appraisal system. Firstly for the research background and significance, research objective and content, research methods and the framework of content were discussed, clarifies the research methodology and framework. Then the concept of performance appraisal and the related theory for were fully discussed, for the theory of performance appraisal methods and principles are discussed in this paper. Then the company teller's performance assessment of the status quo and problems of China Post Group D were comprehensive and in-depth study, respectively from the performance assessment indicators, assessment methods, fair appraisal, appraisal communication and other aspects discussed the outstanding problems existed in the company teller's performance evaluation. Finally on the D company teller's performance evaluation in the presence of typical problems, combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, company performance appraisal system to improve the specific strategies are discussed.
