In recent years, the issue of land-expropriated farmers has attracted widespread attention. Some government policies are introduced to protect their rights and interests, however, some land-expropriated farmers are still dissatisfied with their living conditions. They are vulnerable to a high risk of poverty after losing land because of the unjust interest distribution between peasants and government. Besides, what they enjoy in aspects of public service and job opportunity has a very big disparity with that of the city residents. This paper focus on the problem of the land-expropriated farmers in Bozhou Economic Development Zone, which is located in the northwest of Anhui province. In this paper, we use questionnaire to find out their satisfaction to current situation of life and work, their need for social security, and their difficulty in integrating with city life. This paper carries on the detailed analysis from the following three aspects:(1) what these problems are. Here are two key problems:The land compensation are far from enough to balance the cost of adaption to city life, and the standard of social security is too low to meet the need of a sustainable living. (2) why these problems occur. The main reason for that is the lack of employment policy and limitations to themselves. (3) how to solve these problem. In this paper, practicable methods have been put forward:the relevant laws should be changed to make the interests disposition equal to peasants; employment policy has to be formulated; the standard of social security should be enhanced.
