The Employment Problem Of The Landless Peasants In The Perspective Of Social Security Research

As the development of China's industrialization and urbanization, large agricultural cultivated land was requisitioned, it made the growing scale of the land-losing farmers. However, as a contributor of urban development, land-losing farmers did not enjoy the fruits of urbanization. Landless peasants were unemployed, because of no living guarantee, they had to obtain employment, but their employment rate is not high and employment difficulty. Solving the employment problem of land-losing farmers is the basis for the protection of life and an important part of social stability and development essential.This paper based on the analysis of literature, through field research, using qualitative and quantitative research methods combined to study the current transition period of the employment of land-losing farmers Firstly the paper introduced the basic conditions of employment of land-losing farmers , to the group identity of land-losing farmers in Kunming and employment environment for example, analyzes the reasons for land-losing farmers employment, obtained through market-oriented employment and choose the measures to solve the employment problem of landless peasants is very difficult. To promote the employment needs of land-losing farmers employment protection and social security play a role in employment promotion. On this basis, combined with the social security system in Kunming to promote employment of land-losing farmers scene, drawn to promote employment in the work of the current deficiencies and to promote the employment needs of the whole society to work together to build a comprehensive employment for land-losing peasants security system. Through the development of the economy to increase employment opportunities; the formation of a government-led, business, training institutions and the collective economy to promote construction employment land-losing farmers organization and implementation of a comprehensive network of institutions.
