At present,the government work focused on the development of animal husbandry and seek progress, increase policy support, advocate scientific farming, taking the path of sustainable development,strengthen the guidance work at the grass-roots level,promote the competitiveness of the ecology in our country.The animal husbandry economy stable and want to achieve the virtuous circle of social economy,the key lies in how to solve the farmers' income problem at the local level. Herdsmen are a special kind of farmers in frontier remote pastoral areas,most herders are minorities, and has many cultural links with outside the border other peoples.
