Study On Training System Of New-type Professionanl Farmers In Kenli District

The key of building a socialist new village is to cultivate a new group of farmers with culture, ability, technology and business. Kenli district has always been increasing investment,constructing agricultural parks, adjust industrial structure and improving agricultural product quality and safety in recent years under the circumstances of considering agricultural efficiency, farmer income, and rural development. However, with the development of modern agriculture, the contradiction of shortage of agricultural talents has become increasingly prominent. The key to the development of modern agriculture is to cultivate new type of professional farmers. However, the scattered training system cannot fully played the role of training resources and existing training is pertinent and poor in practicality. The teachers,training content and training methods are incompatible with the demands of new-type professional farmers. Therefore, it is urgent to construct a scientific and perfect training system.Based on the field investigation of Kenli district, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the present situation ? basic situation of agricultural operation and training object of new professional farmers and make a conclusion of the problems and causes. And constructs a new type of training system which includes new professional farmers training management system,the professional farmers training service system, the professional farmers evaluation and examination system and the professional farmers training incentive system.The paper also puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation and operation of the training system from the aspects of ideology, capital, resources and talents.
