With the rapid development of the world economy,more and more enterprises are created in all walks of life,which make the competition between enterprises extremely fierce.Every enterprise in different industries and different regions are eager to figure out the following questions such as how to acquire the advanced productive forces and build competitive advantage under the fierce competition,how to promote the modernization and inner change through applying the latest methods,intelligence,achievement.In order to help the enterprise to solve the problems they are facing,the market consulting industry arises at the historic moment.China's market consulting is appeared in the early 1980 s,and after 30 years of years of development,the market consulting has become one of the most important means for an enterprise to obtain the market knowledge and to enhance their competitiveness.With the vigorous development of China's economy,a large number of international market consulting companies were established in China.They've gained a competitive advantage in the Chinese market quickly and won the market dominant position by relying on abundant international consulting experience and perfect management system.Currently,China is in the economic transition period and the market has turned into the Internet age.Along with the challenges of globalization and informatization,the enterprises are faced with more and more diverse ways of development and factors of competition,which are gradually changed from production and business operation to capital operation,from product operation to brand operation.All the enterprises are faced with more difficult challenges and more professional requirements.On the one hand,they have to face the unprecedented challenges;on the other hand they also naturally want to get more market information and data,which will help them making various business decisions to face the increasingly demanding customers and the constantly changing market.Facing of these changes and demands,do the international market consulting companies have enough competitiveness to win the market,to resist the risks or to achieve a sustainable development? In this paper,the first chapter was introduced the research background and methods.The second chapter was mainly about the definition and the significance of core competitiveness.It also discussed the methods of building and maintaining the core competitiveness.The third chapter briefly introduced the present situation of market consulting industry and the development history of Germany established consulting firm Gf K.Analyzed the present situation of the traditional consumer electronic market.It developed rapidly with a lot of changes and challenges,which presented as the types of production are increasing,the products are upgrading faster,the industry chain is becoming more simple,the ways of purchasing are more diversified,the customers' demands are more personal,as well as the competition from local market insulting companies are more fierce.In the fourth and fifth chapter,by taking the Gf K consulting company as an example,analyzed how the Gf K responses to the challenges and tries to keep the competitive advantage by taking a series of measures such as relocating the market position,integrating related business modes,developing advanced automation platform,establishing the global unified standards processes,cultivating innovative talents and so on.In the last chapter,I am summarizing the paper.The purpose of this paper is to provide useful references to those market consulting or related industries' enterprises when they want to build or rebuild their core competitiveness.
