ZL Group Employees On The Front-line Training System Optimization Design

Manufacturing industry is the foundation of all economic sectors,and currently has two outstanding development characteristics:The strong return of manufacturing industry in developed countries and the vigorous development of the new technological revolution.To strengthen the training of front-line employees and improve the comprehensive quality and ability of front-line employees becomes particularly important for the domestic manufacturing enterprises in the current complex economic environment to obtain the competitive advantage.Because man is the most important and active factor in productive forces,it is the most valuable investment.Especially today the further development and wide influence of the new revolution in technology,the front-line employees of manufacturing enterprises play an important role in promoting enterprise innovation and completing the production of sophisticated products,it is the important source of enterprise's competitive power.To this end,this paper takes the manufacturing enterprise ZL Group as the research object, design a round front-line employees training system,in order to enhance the effectiveness of the front-line employees training, so as to better service enterprise development.This paper is divided into five chapters,the main contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper carries a thorough research on the training's content,role,function and the influence and requirement of the current manufacturing industry development situation to the enterprise front-line employees quality and ability.This paper argues that.the training through improving employees'knowledge,skills and work attitude plays an important role on the enterprise level,organizational level and personal level,has become an effective way for enterprises to gain competitive advantage,oceupies more and more important position in the development of the enterprise.Manufacturing enterprises to cope with the fierce competition and the new technological revolution, the front-line employees need to have a stronger production skills, social ability and innovation ability, so the training has become more urgent and important.Whether it has a complete,scientific and effective traing system and other factors plays an important role on front-line employees training effectiveness.Secondly.basising the analysis of the basic theory research,this paper combines theory research and empirical research,through the investigation and study of the front-line employees training in ZL group,design a round front-line employees training system from the front-line employees training needs analysis,training plan,training organization,training effect evaluation,training achievement transformation and training support measures etc.,in order to through the training effectively improve the quality of the front-line employees,to provide a strong support for the development of enterprises.Lastly, according to above studies,this paper summarizes the manufacturing enterprises front-line employees training,points that the manufacturing enterprises should establish a new training concept, establish a scientific and efficient front-line employees training system focus on the realization of the strategic objectives of enterprise and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in two aspects.Firstly,affected by the new technological revolution etc.,ZL group is transforming from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing.It is the first time in ZL group that take research on the front-line employees training,and put forward improvement measures and suggestions in order to meet new requirements and solve problems.Secondly,it is the first time in ZL group that take the front-line employees as a single whole to research and design a complete training system for the front-line employees.
