At present,China’s food manufacturing industry has entered a new stage,both in quantity and quality have achieved significant improvement,comprehensive strength has steadily improved.As a labor-intensive enterprise,the front-line production employees of food manufacturing enterprises is an indispensable part of enterprise production and human resource capital,and their comprehensive quality,technical level,working attitude,salary and treatment play a decisive role in the development of enterprises.Whether the performance appraisal of front-line production employees is scientific,fair and reasonable,and whether the incentive measures are appropriate will directly affect the job satisfaction of front-line production employees,and will also affect the realization of economic benefits and strategic goals of enterprises.Based on the actual situation of Z food enterprise,this paper takes the front-line production employees of Z food enterprise as the research object,analyzes the problems and causes of their performance appraisal system,and puts forward targeted strategies according to the actual situation,so as to optimize the performance appraisal system of their front-line production employees.Firstly,based on the systematic theories and methods of performance appraisal system at home and abroad,this paper uses questionnaire surveys and individual interviews to deeply analyze the current situation of performance appraisal of front-line production employees of Z food enterprise.Secondly,from the aspects of performance appraisal content,assessment methods and application of assessment results,the current situation of performance appraisal is deeply analyzed,regression and related analysis are used to deeply dig into its problems and root causes,and relevant theories such as key index methods are comprehensively used to form the optimization ideas of the performance appraisal system of front-line production employees of Z food enterprise,putting forward optimization strategies and suggestions.Through the research,it is found that the content of performance appraisal,assessment methods and application of results have a significant impact on the satisfaction of front-line production employees.The performance appraisal content more reasonable,the assessment method more scientific,the appraisal feedback more timely,then the satisfaction of front-line employees will be higher.The research conclusions of this paper are helpful to enrich the theoretical research on the performance appraisal system of front-line production employees of food manufacturing enterprises,and promote the satisfaction level of front-line production employees in Z food enterprises.
