The Case Analysis For Smes Supply Chain Finance Effect

The good development of small and medium enterprises(SME) plays an important role in promoting the national economy, which can solve the problem of employment and livelihood of the people. But the financing difficulty also greatly restricted the development and expansion of small and medium enterprises. And supply chain finance, as a new financing mode rising in recent years, which provides an effective way to solve the financing difficulties for small and medium-sized enterprises. It not only helps to ease the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, but also provides the conditions for the small and medium-sized enterprises to establish good cooperation with other enterprises.Based on the literature researching on the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises of home and abroad in recent years, combining with the advantages of supply chain finance in solving the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, finally uses the case to support.Based on this background, this paper makes the following research on the basis of summarizing the relevant domestic and foreign financing, supply chain financing theory. First, this paper puts forward a literature review of domestic and foreign financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises and supply chain financing; the second part discusses small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficulties theory and supply chain financing feasibility; the third part proposed supply chain financing theory and mode, and compared the three models in the same and different points; the fourth part is from the three perspectives of supply chain financing to analyze, namely supply chain financing scheme of JD, Ping An Bank, Asia Supply Chain Management Ltd.. This paper takes many case analysis method, carry on the independent case analysis, then combined with the previous theoretical knowledge and present situation to carry on the comprehensive analysis, finally obtains the dealing conclusion of covering supply chain financing product supplier, the supply chain core enterprise, the urgent financing small and medium-sized enterprise. Finally, from the point of providing supply chain financing service for small and medium-sized enterprises, the paper points out that the supply chain financing needs the government to formulate policies and measures to promote its rapid and healthy development from the macro perspective. At the same time, this paper studies the supply chain financing through the case study, which focuses on the relationship between theory and reality, and tries to break through the existing research focusing on the logistics management, the bank product design as the starting point, standing in the position of small and medium enterprises to study supply chain financing..
