Research On Plan Design Of Logistic Enterprises’ Supply Chain Finance Services

As the rapid development of economic globalization, the supply chain management mode with the characters of complementary advantages and benefit sharing has been applied all around the world. The competition between enterprises has turned into the competition between the supply chains. The key factor of winning the competition is to make sure the logistics flow, the funds flow and the information flow can move smoothly. Compared with the traditional financing mode, supply chain finance helps the minor enterprises get funds more efficiently, which improve competitiveness of the whole supply chain from the weak points. As the link connected with the different body of supply chain, the logistic companies can master the true facts of business flow and logistics flow, reduce the effects of asymmetric information, thus they have the natural advantage to afford supply chain finance service.Through a series of investigation and summary analysis, this thesis mainly discusses and researches on the plan of logistics enterprises’supply chain finance services from the following aspects.(1)Combing the development of supply chain finance services in typical enterprises home and abroad, the thesis defines the perspective of supply chain finance from logistics enterprises’angle, discusses the difference and connection between the supply chain finance and logistics finance and financial logistics.(2)By analyzing the relationship between the supply chain members in supply chain finance services, the thesis establishes two kinds of supply chain finance service structures, clears the role and effects of logistics enterprises in supply chain finance service. Basing on the supply chain finance service demand analysis, the thesis puts forward the targets of the supply chain finance services plans, constructs the framework of the supply chain finance services from three aspects, namely the customer, the product and the operation mode.(3) Establishing the evaluation system, using the principal component analysis, Logistic model and making the calculation formula of the risk rate, the thesis analyzes the supply chain finance credit risk. Through the optimal threshold method, considering the total accuracy rate and the average accuracy rate, the thesis defaults the critical point and divided three kinds of the customer group by credit rating.(4)Basing on the analysis of connotation and characteristics of supply chain core enterprise, the thesis sums up four kinds of core enterprises on the base of actual situation. Using the composite index evaluation method combined with the node aggregation analysis and META method of graph theory, the thesis identifies the supply chain core enterprise in order to choose the quality projects and selects the type of service. The thesis also verifies the feasibility of the method in electric manufacturing industry.(5) The thesis designs the plan of supply chain finance services from three aspects, namely the inventory, the advance payment and accounts receivable, including pledges of warehouse certificates, purchasing agent, pledge of warehouse, factoring and so on. The thesis also designs the supply chain finance integrated solutions.
