Research On Risk Control Of Core Enterprises In Supply Chain Finance

With the development of Internet Finance,the competition among enterprises is becoming intense.Financial high-quality services represented by the supply chain financial model have become the precious resources that every enterprise platform competing for development.Because of its large scale and strong comprehensive business ability,the core logistics enterprises are the key to the smooth development and the steady progress of supply chain financing.But also because great effect,it becomes the primary risk,which do not meet the principle of risk diversification.Therefore,it is of theoretical significance and practical reference value to carry out risk assessment of core enterprises that play a leading role in the supply chain and establish an objective and scientific risk assessment system and application method.The paper does a research on risk control of logistics enterprise in the SCF by using qualitative and quantitative analysis,the combination of empirical and normative methods.Firstly,summarize the related concepts and characteristics of SCF,core enterprises and its risk management.Explain the necessity and feasibility of supply chain finance business of core logistics enterprises and risk control,then analyze the related financing models and find out the risk points in the model,make a assessment of the risk used the AHP and fuzzy gray comprehensive evaluation method.Furthermore,analyze the case of Tangshan Port Group,then elaborate the evaluation and control of supply chain financial risk.Finally,according to the results of the evaluation,put forward some countermeasures to strengthen the risk management of the SCF with such core enterprise.Establish the risk evaluation index system and evaluation of risk in SCF by expert questionnaire and multi-level fuzzy grey comprehensive evaluation,and find the level of logistics companies have a great effect on the supply chain finance risk,especially the enterprise ability of debt paying and profitability,therefore,control the financial risks from the several aspects by using technology,as the platform,IOT,big data.
