Research On The Development Strategy Of Xuzhou ShuangLou Logistics Park

As a new logistics platform, logistics park realize different transportation modes,different logistics enterprises and different logistics facilities in the park. Logistics park plays an active role in improving logistics efficiency and saving social resources. At present, with the rapid development of China’s economy, the economic exchanges between regions become more frequently and the logistics links between the various economies in the region become more closely, so the construction and development of logistics park was to be referred to the national strategic level. Logistics Park Development Strategy must be improved to adapt to the adjustment and transformation of economic development and upgrading of industrial structure.Xuzhou ShuangLou Logistics Park have achieved good economic benefits and social benefits, but with the rapid development, the logistics park also faces many problems. In this paper, I take the development strategy of Xuzhou ShuangLou Logistics Park as the research content. I use PEST analysis and SWOT analysis to analysis the overall macro environment reveals the advantages and disadvantages of the park and opportunities and challenges the park faced. Based on the analysis above, quantitative analysis model is established to calculate and quantify. Through the analysis we found that the ShuangLou Logistics park’s general advantages and the general opportunity strength greater than the total strength of disadvantage and general challenge, and strategic strength coefficient is obtained by constructing strategic quadrilateral, come to Xuzhou ShuangLou logistics park pioneering strategies should be taken. On this basis, I proposed the park’s strategic objective and strategic positioning, and developed a development strategy of a project to promote, engines,regional linkage, innovation drive, the development strategy of the brand. While strengthening the competitive advantage, we resolve the problems gradually hampering the development. I proposed specific measures and safeguards implementation strategy based on the actual situation, in order to provide operational suggestions for the long-term development of the park.
