Based on the integrated supply chain theory and leagile supply chain theory, this paper has focused on the defects of automotive electronics industry and its supply chain, with the consideration of the local business environment of automotive electronics. Then the establishment of supply chain performance system and optimization strategies has been proposed.Firstly, the concept and development of integrated supply chain, leagile supply chain and supply chain performance system were introduced. Then the significance of this research for the development of the theory was pointed out.Based on comparative analysis of lean and agile supply chain management, the advantages and disadvantages of these two supply chain management were summarized,as well as their scope of application.Secondly, the integrated supply chain and its performance evaluation system were introduced, as well as the defects of this theory. Then the theory of integerated leagile supply chain management was proposed. Finally, the evaluation of leagile supply chain was introduced with detailed formulas for calculating the evaluation system, and the specific calculation methods were introduced. According to the result of comparation of different approachs, there are two main methods for the performance evaluation of integrated leagile supply chain: (1) AHP Method; (2) Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method.In this paper, in addition to using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the subject matter of the article, the combination of theoretical analysis and application analysis also was introduced.With supply chain performance evaluation theory and the combination of the qualitative and quantitative analysis, the parameters of the performance evalution have been carfully determained, then the supply chain performance evaluation model was ultimately determined in this paper.After the theoretical analysis, the author applied the model to the actual case to verify its validity. Through the analysis of company's supply chain management, combined with the actual situation of YFVIC, the problems YFVIC encountered in supply chain system were putted into discussion, then the practical solutions for YFVIC supply chain management has provided, which provide a successful case for consideration.
